An old friend from Michigan agreed to sell me his very best grade maple syrup from Branchwater Farm. Sap is collected from sugar maples on the farm every morning when the temperature shifts and is boiled in his wood-fired evaporator. This labor-intensive, hand-crafted syrup is done the old fashioned way. It is slightly smoky and rich with complex maple flavors. Modern maple syrup operations don't do things the same way and you can taste the difference. It takes 30-40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of this syrup. Limited quantity available in these special gift bottles. This husband/wife team does each step of the process to bring you this incredible syrup.
