Get a buzz with the new Pecan Espresso Brittle. This hand-pulled, mouth-watering, crispy & crunchy confection comes from our collaboration with a favorite local roaster, Form & Function. Combining the best of both worlds, we use their espresso and combine our proprietary recipe in this delicious Pecan Brittle and then sprinkle some onto while still hot. This provides a nice roasted taste that is so good with coffee, red wine or a sip of whiskey.
Ingredients: Pecans, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Butter, Espresso/Coffee (caffeine) Vanillin, Baking Soda
